Intelehealth is a telemedicine service providing access to an emergency or critical care specialist for acute medical conditions when a person's usual doctor isn't available and they're not sure if they need to go to an emergency department. This is not a GP service. We specialise in emergency and critical care telemedicine - all our consultations are virtual and are done over the phone or online via video call (We do not provide home visits or in-person consultations). we treat patients in both India and abroad .

When to call

If you or someone you know experience unexpected symptoms or is in need of care for urgent, non-life threatening illness or injury, it can be difficult to know who to call. This service is specifically for times when you are thinking of attending the Emergency patient is suffering a time-critical emergency and/or is unconscious, has chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding or has been in a major accident, please dial nearest hospital immediately.

A consultation with Intelehealth Doctor may be appropriate if you or the patient experience any of the following conditions for immediate care:

How to access Intelehealth Doctor

1. Initiate a call to my emergency doctor

Go to Intelehealth.ai and connect to our doctors by clicking on ‘CALL DOCTOR’ or call 1234567

2. Register your details 

Enter your details and your postcode in the web form

3. Virtual waiting room

You will be placed into a waiting room until a Patient Support Officer will connect you via built-in video to the specialist doctor.

4. Starting your consultation

You are now in a consultation with our specialist doctor.
